The last quarter of 2023 showcased interesting trends in the performance of the top 5 air travel apps on the Android platform in Spain. Here’s a detailed look at the metrics for Ryanair, Vueling - Cheap Flights, Iberia, Flightradar24 Flight Tracker, and Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save.

Ryanair saw a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting from 14.4K in late September and peaking at 18.2K in early October, before gradually declining to around 10.7K by the end of November. However, there was a slight recovery to 13.4K by the end of December. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 93.6K in late September to around 83.2K in mid-November, with a recovery to approximately 90.3K by the end of the year.

Weekly active users experienced a peak of 36.9K in early October, with a decline to around 27.3K by the end of November and a recovery to 32.6K by late December.

Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save had a relatively stable download rate, with a slight peak at 3.9K in mid-November and ending at 3.7K in late December. Weekly active users saw an overall increase from 16.6K in late September to a peak of 18.1K in mid-November, ending the year at approximately 17.3K.
